Carole is the President of the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), a prominent national membership organization that serves as the voice for mission-driven, not-for-profit advanced illness care providers. With over 35 years of experience in not-for-profit healthcare leadership, she excels in strategic partnerships, collaborations, and innovations that support end-of-life healthcare organizations nationwide.

Previously, Carole served as President and CEO of Nathan Adelson Hospice, where she positioned the organization as a national industry leader in clinical advancements and workplace excellence. Under her leadership, Nathan Adelson Hospice was recognized as one of the 100 Best Places to Work in the United States for eight consecutive years by Modern Healthcare Magazine.

Since 2023, Carole has hosted the acclaimed true crime podcast “The Girlfriends,” exploring themes of justice and female solidarity. The podcast, produced by NOVEL for iHeartRadio, has garnered global recognition, ranking #1 in the podcast charts across six countries in 2023. Carole’s dedication to advocacy led her to become the first Global Ambassador for NOMORE.org in 2024, amplifying efforts to combat domestic violence and abuse.

Carole holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master’s Certification in Organizational Leadership from the Thayer Institute. She serves as an adjunct faculty member for Teleios University and sits on the Board of Directors for the Thayer Institute, Global Partners in Care, and The Center, Las Vegas, advocating for LGBTQ+ rights.

Throughout her career, Carole has received over 25 awards, including the 2024 Ambies® award for Best True Crime Podcast, the 2019 Brad Garrett Humanitarian Award, and the Nevada Business Magazine Healthcare Heroes Lifetime Achievement Award. Recognized as a Pioneer in the Women’s Hall of Fame, Carole’s leadership continues to inspire change and elevate the voices of women in healthcare and beyond.
