Global Partners in Care welcomes gifts paid by check and sent through the mail. Please download and complete your Donor Form. Checks may be made payable to “Global Partners in Care” and mailed to: Global Partners in Care501 Comfort Place

- If you’re making a gift in memory of another person, please include his/her name, and anybody that you would like us to notify about your gift.
- If you’re making a gift in honor of another person, please include his/her name and address – we will send the honoree a letter about your generous gift!
- If you’d like your gift to be used to support an international partner, please be sure to indicate the partner’s name on the downloaded Donor Form. 90%of every partner contribution goes to the designated international partner.
- If your own name is not printed on the check, please include it with the check so we can send you a thank-you letter (which is useful for tax purposes).
Direct your donation to the Champion Program
To further Global Partners in Care’s mission to enhance access to palliative care globally, our Champion Program provides the opportunity for any individual or organization to contribute toward a concrete project, exchange visit, or educational opportunity.
