Muheza Hospice Care
Muheza Hospice Care’s mission is to enhance access to palliative care for all patients with life-limiting disease in the city of Tanga, Tanzania and beyond. It serves an even mix of inpatient and outpatient palliative care individuals and aims to improve their overall well-being. The organization is an active member of the Tanzania Palliative Care Association (TPCA) and works with their district hospital to provide services through both home-based and clinic-based care.
