Step 10. Stay Connected

Global Partners in Care is here to help you and your partnership — so please stay connected with us so you can access technical assistance, learn about best practices from other partners, and share your tips and ideas.

Below, we describe a variety of ways to engage with Global Partners in Care and other partners around the country.

  • Showcase your Partnership - Use your Global Partners in Care logo with your communication and marketing efforts; and display the Global Partners in Care certificate in your office. Email to receive your partner logo and certificate.
  • Access and use our Partner Resources - There are many resources available to assist you with your partnership activities.  If you have suggestions for other resources, please let us know.
  • Join our Global Partners in Care Networking Calls - Global Partners in Care hosts quarterly networking call for U.S. Partners.  The calls are a great opportunity to learn from other organizations about what makes their partnerships work, share your experiences, get advice about any challenges you are experiencing, and be part of the broader community. Watch out for email notifications of when the calls are scheduled.
  • Share your stories - Please let us know about your partnership experience! We love getting stories about visits between partners, successful fundraising ideas, and other activities related to this work. Your story will help us better understand the partnership's impact, and help donors and other supports see the work’s important benefits to the lives of patients coping with life-threatening illness. We regularly publish partners’ stories on our website, in the Focus on Compassion newsletter, and through other outlets.
  • Apply for the Global Partnership Award - The Global Partnership Award is an opportunity to recognize the outstanding efforts of a U.S. partner that went above and beyond the expectations of a partnership. Since 2011, this award has been presented annually to the partnership demonstrating leadership and innovation while also significantly contributing to the sustainable development of hospice and palliative care.
  • Get International News from eHospice - eHospice provides hospice and palliative care news, views and inspiration from around the world and is available as a free iPhone, mobile web, and iPad app. Learn more.
